Voucher T&Cs
- Rakuten TV vouchers offer you a movie selection up to the value of the voucher.
- Each voucher can be used to rent or buy movies in HD quality, available at Rakuten TV.
- The voucher validity is dependent on the promotion. Please contact your promotion organiser to check your code's expiry date.
- Vouchers are only valid in the country of purchase and cannot be used outside this territory.
- The voucher can only be used once and has no alternative cash redemption value. Vouchers are not valid for resale.
- A movie rental is valid for 30 days from the moment the voucher is redeemed, and you will have 48 hours to watch it from the first playback. The rented title will be in the “My Library” section until the end of the 48h period, during which time you can watch the film as many times as you like.
- If you don’t have an existing account with Rakuten.tv, you will be required to register at Rakuten TV and accept the Terms of Use, Contractual Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies.
- Rakuten TV reserves the right to withdraw the content available on the platform at any time at is sole discretion.
- Rakuten TV reserves the right to invalidate the codes for security reasons or to ensure good performance of the service.
- After the expiry of the redemption period, the codes will become invalid without any liability for Rakuten TV.
- Any cost for the internet connection or any other unspecified cost must be borne by the user.
