To change the password you have to enter our website from a computer: https://rakuten.tv/
Enter your username, your password and select the "SETTINGS" option (located at the top right of our website).
In settings, access your profile and select "Change password":
Next, confirm your old password and set the new one.
Press "Change password" to confirm the change.

To set a new password you can use any uppercase or lowercase letter and any number.
